The 30-year-old was apparently dressed up as a police officer for Halloween -- as evident by the pair of handcuffs she carried, and the fact that "Officer Minaj. Who wants to get cuffed?" captioned one of the photos she posted to her Instagram account. The rest of Minaj's costume consisted solely of electrical tape covering her nipples, fishnet tights over a thong, and thigh-high boots.
